This group is charged with continuing to develop both relationships and increase knowledge of effective governance practices to the philanthropic community.

Education and Roundtable Task Force
This group shares best practices, as well as new thinking around old and emerging issues and challenges. Their yearly plans include convening members and the public interested in learning, sharing and discussing various aspects of effective govenance for nonprofit organizations as well as providing on-line resources including the "Ask the Expert."
